Primary Hypertension

Primary hypertension / essential where there are no specific things that be the cause.  Approximately 90-95 % of hypertension is of this type.

     * Headache, usually in the morning when waking up
     * Confused
     * Voice crowded in the ear
     * Heart palpitations
     * Blurred vision
     * Nosebleed
     * Hematuria ( blood in urine )
     * No differences in blood pressure despite changes position

Secondary hypertension showed similar symptoms, with little difference in the blood pressure usually decreases when the measurement is made in a standing position.

With the help of medication, try to control blood pressure less than 140/90 mmHg ( or 135/85 mmHg if diabetic ).  There are three general categories of antihypertensive drugs, namely the function reduces the blood volume ( diuretics ), suppress the resistance of blood vessels ( vasodilators ) and reduced cardiac work ( cardioinhibitory ).  It is important to remember that the antihypertensive drugs are hard drugs that should not be carelessly consumed without the guidance of a doctor.
